Shell Corena S2 P oil provides long-life, low-maintenance performance for reciprocating air compressors. It is designed to keep reciprocating air compressors clean by helping to prevent the formation of the deposits that can reduce system efficiency. It is widely recognised by leading equipment manufacturers for its internal cleanliness, very good oxidation resistance, rust & wear protection and excellent air release & anti-foam properties. It has a viscosity grade of ISO 68.
Applications:
Reciprocating air compressors – designed to help prevent the build-up of potentially hazardous deposits in air lines, which can increase the risk of explosion. Suitable for use in compressors with air discharge temperatures up to 220ºC.
Breathing-air compressors – when used with oil separation apparatus
